Adding Students and Redeeming Licenses

Licenses are redeemed by registering students to your Athena AI account.

Step-by-Step

  • Access Athena AI from CollegePlannerPro

* Log in to your CollegePlannerPro account
* Navigate to the Students tab
* At the top right, locate and click on the icon  Launch Athena AI

  • From your Dashboard, you can click "Add Student" 
  • Enter student details and then "Add Student" again. 
  • The student will appear under your "Students" list and is ready to use
Good to Know
  • 1 license = 1 student for the full application cycle (typically July–June)
  • Each license includes unlimited essay reviews for that student
  • You can view remaining licenses and expiration dates on the Manage Licenses page
  • Licenses expire at the end of the application cycle automatically
  • Running Low on Licenses?
  • If you see a "No licenses available" message, you'll need to purchase additional licenses by selecting "Purchase Licenses" at the left, under Billing.
